Our clean and naturally derived ingredients create a barrier around your hair to combat the frizzy, crunchy, drying effects of the salt water and our reef safe zinc works as a protection against UV rays on your scalp.

Shipping is available worldwide! All shipments are with Australia Post. We will send you an email with your tracking details once we've shipped your order.

Standard Shipping

Shipping within Australia takes between 3-5 business days and 5-8 business days to New Zealand.

Shipping to the USA takes between 6-12 business days.

Shipping to the UK and Canada takes between 8-12 business days.

Please allow up to 20 business days for shipping outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and Canada.

Express Shipping

Shipping within Australia takes between 1-3 business days and 2-4 business days to New Zealand.

Shipping to the USA takes between 3-4 business days.

Shipping to the UK and Canada takes between 3-4 business days.

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and Canada.

Please make sure your delivery address is fully completed and correct to avoid delays. Once the order has been dispatched, it's no longer possible to make any changes to the shipping address. We do not grant refunds if an item is in transit.

Eco Ocean Haircare will accept refunds or replacement requests if any product is returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Simply email info@ecooceanhair.com.au with your order number and email used for your order to initiate a return. We will process your refund after we receive the returned product, provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase.

If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, so you'll need to pay for postage. We recommend that you package the product appropriately and use a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

If your product has arrived damaged and you would like to initiate a return, please email info@ecooceanhair.com.au and provide details and photos of the damages. Please include your order number and email used for your order. It's your decision whether we refund your money or send you another package!

Directions of use:
Apply to dry or wet hair before going into the ocean. Reapply every two hours or after swimming, surfing. Rinse or shampoo out.

Disclaimers: For external use only, avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store below 30°C
